Heart Echoes By Sally John

Heart Echoes By Sally John

An earthquake has struck Los Angeles and Teal Morgan-Adams watches in horror as the freeway in front of her comes crashing down and her whole world with it. With the earthquake discovers that her daughter Maiya has been hiding some thing and now she finds herself re-evaluating relationships with her daughter, husband and remaining family which also causes Teal to come face to face with the secrets and past she has been hiding from everyone.

Maiya has been Teal’s whole life, caring for her, being the mother and friend she should be but now Maiya is asking questions and wanting to know more about her dad. As Teal is thrust into some major soul-searching she finds herself being called to the one place she never wanted to return to. Home.

Sally John has created an excellent story about relationships, families, forgiveness and the secrets that we all attempt to keep hidden. Strong characters and a good story line run throughout the whole book, at times the story is slightly predictable but overall is a great story.
